Monitoring

All our security systems are professionally monitored by a 3rd party 24 hour/7 day a week faculty that is Five Diamond accredited. They have the capability to video monitor your property, with the appropriate installed equipment on our system, to instantly notify you of any alarms or issues. They also have fire monitoring capabilities, so no more dealing with multiple monitoring companies, a one stop solution. Our system and monitoring company also have wellness monitoring capabilities. From automatic control lighting to electronic locks we have a automaton set up for you. We can set up your new Liftmaster MyQ garage door opener to open remotely, or retro fit your current garage door to open remotely. MyQ works seamlessly with our system.

We have electronic door locks for just about any door configuration or set up.

Light switches that shut off when you leave your home, or turn on when you become closer to your home. Our switches can be installed to replace your current lights switches or wireless switches so no need to re-wire anything. But if you do need some wiring done, we have a licensed Journeyman Electrician on staff.

Smart thermostats that can auto adjust the temperature if windows or doors are left open. They can also adjust the temperature if you leave your home. Our thermostats also work in conjunction with our smoke detectors, so if a fire happens it shuts down the hvac system to help prevent the fire from spreading. We can hook our thermostats up to just about any hvac system including boilers and hydronic systems. Doesn't matter if your hvac system is from the 70s or brand new we can hook our smart thermostat up to it. 

We have energy monitoring capabilities that can monitor either your whole house or a specific appliance. We also have capabilities to have your appliance shut off or turn on automatically, or as part of event happening at your home. 

We also have water values that can simply just shut your water off and/or monitor usage and flow. 

Example of what we can have your system do:

Your flood sensor senses water in the basement, so your automatic water valve shuts the main water valve off. The flood sensor also told your well to shut off, so it doesn't countiunly pump water into your basement. The flood sensor also shuts off your electric water heater, so if the water heater is part of the leak it doesn't burn up the electric elements from having no water in your water heater. Their would be no water in it because the system automatically shut the main water valve off to the house.

Another Example:

Your automatic water valve sense a adnormal water flow so it automatically shut the water off to prevent any water leaking into your home. 

One More Example:

It is dark out and you are coming home from work. You are within 2 miles of your home and your outside lights and foyer lights automatically turn on, so you don't arrive to a dark home. 

From help setting up a basic home Wi-Fi to creating a seamless mesh networking system we can do it all. We can update your home network wiring to adding it. New construction or retro fit to your existing home, we have a home networking solution for you. We have mesh network systems that can handle up to 12,000 sq. ft. with Gigabit Speeds. These systems also come with their own app, or can be tied into your home automation system for an easy one app control set up.  These are Wi-Fi 6 compatible with bands of 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz. Also our systems are capable of disarming the security system as soon as the first employee keys in or automatically arms the system when the last employee keys out. All our acess control options works in conjunction with the same app for your Security/Automation system, so no more dealing with multiple systems and platforms.
